Meatloaf Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcbs
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1-2 fresh jalapeños, finely diced Adjust according to heat preference.
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Drizzle

  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcbs, finely chopped onion, shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, diced jalapeños, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and shape it into a loaf.

Baking

  • Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

Serving

  • Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Drizzle with ranch dressing, slice, and serve.

Notes

Customize the heat level by adjusting the number of jalapeños. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for about 20-25 minutes or in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
