Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, crack the eggs and lightly whisk them.
  • Add cream cheese, chopped dill, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Whisk until well combined and creamy.

Cooking

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in the egg mixture.
  • Stir gently while cooking to create soft, fluffy scrambled eggs. Remove from heat once eggs are cooked but still moist.

Assembly

  • Take a plate and begin positioning the smoked salmon slices. Lay down one layer of smoked salmon, followed by a generous scoop of the creamy egg mixture.
  • Repeat the process until you’ve created several layers.

Finishing Touches

  • Garnish with additional dill, capers, and lemon wedges.
  • Serve immediately to keep the layers intact and enjoy!

Notes

Best consumed fresh due to the delicate nature of smoked salmon. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to two days.
