Ingredients
  

For the Dip

  • 2 cups chocolate chips Semi-sweet or milk chocolate works beautifully.
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows The fluffier, the better!
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs For a crunchy topping.
  • 1 tablespoon butter For rich, buttery flavor.
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Provides silky-smooth texture.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Adds a hint of warmth.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Set a medium-sized oven-safe skillet on the stove over low heat. Add the butter and swirl it to coat the bottom of the pan once melted.
  • Pour in the chocolate chips evenly across the bottom of the skillet. Stir occasionally until they begin to melt, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir until fully combined and velvety.
  • Distribute the mini marshmallows evenly on top of the melted chocolate mixture.
  • Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs atop the marshmallows.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are puffy and golden.
  • Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a minute before serving.

Notes

For variations, add toppings like crushed nuts, honey, or cinnamon. To store leftovers, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to four days. Reheat at 350°F for about 5 minutes.
