  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness according to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon Feel free to experiment with different spices.
  • Optional: chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruits Mix in your favorites for extra flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
  • Add oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the mashed bananas and mix until combined.
  • Stir in any optional ingredients if desired.

Baking

  • Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes
