  • 200 grams Shrimp Fresh shrimp recommended for better flavor.
  • 200 grams Teriyaki steak Thinly sliced.
  • 200 grams Noodles Use your preferred type of noodles.
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce Adjust based on taste preference.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 200 grams Vegetables Like bell peppers, carrots, or snap peas.
  • 2 stalks Green onions Chopped, for garnish.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil For cooking.

Preparation

  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and stir for about 30 seconds.

Cooking

  • Add the shrimp and teriyaki steak slices, cooking until the shrimp are pink and the steak is cooked through.
  • Add sliced vegetables and stir-fry until they are tender.
  • Toss in the cooked noodles and soy sauce, mixing everything well.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes

If you have leftovers, let the noodles cool before storing them in an airtight container in the fridge. Best eaten within 2-3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove before serving again. Adjust soy sauce based on salt preference.
