Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk Can use any type of milk.
  • ½ cup melted butter Ensure it’s cooled slightly before adding.
  • 4 large eggs Room temperature works best.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until fully combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  • Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture while gently stirring. Don’t overmix; a few lumps are fine!
  • Pour the pancake batter onto the prepared sheet pan and spread evenly. Optionally sprinkle with chocolate chips or berries.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the pancake is puffed and golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice into squares and serve warm.

Notes

For a delicious breakfast, serve these pancakes with toppings like syrup, fresh fruit, or powdered sugar. You can also add different flavors like cinnamon for a twist.
