Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease your donut pan with cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, flour, Parmesan cheese, and eggs. Stir until well blended.
  • Add baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  • Transfer the mixture into a piping bag or a zip-top bag with the corner snipped. This will help you fill the donut pan easily.
  • Squeeze the chicken mixture into the prepared donut pan molds, filling each cavity about two-thirds full.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the donuts are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before gently removing the donuts from the pan. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce!
