  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken Store-bought rotisserie works great
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Adjust to your spice preference
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped Optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until fully combined.
  • Fold in the shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese until well mixed.
  • Pour the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.

Baking

  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving

  • Once out of the oven, sprinkle with chopped green onions if desired and serve immediately with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or toasted baguette slices.

Notes

You can substitute shredded turkey or tofu for the chicken. Adjust the buffalo sauce to control the heat. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
