Sausage Green Bean Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- ½ lbs sausage kielbasa or smoke sausage, sliced ¼" thick
- 2 lbs baby creamer potatoes, washed, sliced in half
- 15 oz green beans, drained
- ⅛ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Slap Ya Mama® seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ¼ cup water
Instructions
- Set your oven to 400°F and apply non-stick spray to a 9x13 baking dish.
- Take creamer potatoes, cut them in half, and place them into a sealable gallon-sized bag.
- Grab a bag and place oil, spices, black pepper, and red pepper flakes into it. Shake the bag to ensure that the potatoes are well coated.
- In a large frying pan, use medium-high heat to cook the sausages with water until they are thoroughly cooked, and most of the water has evaporated. This will result in nicely browned sausages.
- Take out the sausage from the pan and wait until it cools down to add it to the bag.
- Using the same frying pan, melt the butter and cook the onions and garlic until the onions become translucent through sautéing.
- Wait for a few minutes until the onions and garlic cool down, then add them to the bag and shake well to mix everything together.
- Afterwards, include green beans in the bag and mix by shaking. Next, pour the prepared mixture into the baking dish.
- Use foil to cover the dish and put it in the oven. Take the dish, then put it in the oven and let it bake for about 40 minutes, or until the potatoes reach the desired level of softness.
- In the end, cautiously remove the dish from the oven and relish the meal!
