- 1 pound ground sausage
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes, drained
- 2 8 oz cans crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, and drained Rotel tomatoes. Mix until well blended.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.
Place a spoonful of the sausage mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle. Sprinkle a small amount of cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.
Roll each crescent triangle, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the narrow tip. Place the rolled crescents seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown and fully cooked.
Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
