Rotel Sausage Cream Cheese Crescents with Cheddar are a savory, creamy, and slightly spicy treat that's perfect for parties, game day, or a quick snack. Each flaky crescent roll is filled with a rich mixture of cream cheese, seasoned sausage, and Rotel tomatoes, topped with gooey cheddar cheese. These irresistible bites are easy to make and packed with flavor that everyone will love!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes, drained
  • 2 8 oz cans crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, and drained Rotel tomatoes. Mix until well blended.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.
  • Place a spoonful of the sausage mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle. Sprinkle a small amount of cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.
  • Roll each crescent triangle, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the narrow tip. Place the rolled crescents seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
