  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Preparation

  • Start by lining an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, letting some overhang on the sides.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract, then gently fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped nuts until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  • Refrigerate the pan for at least 2 hours or until set.
  • Once chilled, lift the Rocky Road out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Customize your nuts by trying different types like pecans or cashews. Additional toppings like peanut butter chips or coconut can elevate the dessert even further. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
