This quick and easy recipe transforms fresh, ripe peaches into a warm, caramelized dessert with just a hint of sweetness and spice. Perfect on their own, over ice cream, or paired with pancakes, these pan-fried peaches are a delightful treat you can whip up in minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 –4 fresh peaches sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated or brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract pinch of nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Slice the peaches and set aside.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add peaches, sugar, and cinnamon to the skillet.
  • Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until caramelized and tender.
  • Serve warm as is or with your favorite accompaniments.
