  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 15 pieces Oreo cookies, crushed Reserve a few for topping.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter.
  • Add mini marshmallows to the pan and stir until completely melted and gooey.
  • Remove the pan from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  • Fold in Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
  • Gently fold in the crushed Oreos.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased baking pan and press it evenly into the corners.
  • Crush reserved Oreos and sprinkle them on top.
  • Cool at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to three months. Thaw at room temperature when ready to eat.
