Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy, your choice
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet or milk chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and butter. Microwave for about 30 seconds until softened for easier mixing.
  • Add the powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs to the bowl, mixing well until fully incorporated and a crumbly dough forms.
  • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the dish, creating an even layer.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in increments of 30 seconds until smooth and creamy, stirring in between.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate the dish for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate is firm and set.
  • Once chilled, lift out the squares using the parchment paper and cut them into squares. Enjoy!

Notes

Get creative with toppings like chopped nuts or a sprinkle of sea salt for that gourmet touch. Store leftover squares in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
