  • Start by washing your cucumbers and pineapples thoroughly.
  • Peel the cucumbers if desired, then slice them in half lengthwise and dice into bite-sized pieces.
  • Cut your pineapple into small cubes.

Mixing Ingredients

  • Toss in the freshly chopped cilantro.
  • Drizzle lime juice over the mixture and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add chili powder if desired.
