Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/3 cup raspberry preserves
  • 1 tablespoon sugar optional
  • powdered sugar for dusting, optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Open the can of crescent roll dough and roll it out on a clean surface, separating it into triangles as directed on the package.
  • Take about a tablespoon of raspberry preserves and place it at the wide end of each triangle.
  • Starting from the wide end, gently roll the dough towards the point, forming a crescent shape, making sure the filling stays inside as you roll.
  • Arrange the rolled crescents on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, allowing space for them to expand.
  • Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  • Let them cool for a few minutes, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.
