  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Optional Toppings

  • to taste vegetables (like bell peppers, carrots, or snow peas)

Instructions
 

Cooking the Noodles

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add your preferred noodles and cook according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing the Sauce

  • In a bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey or sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.

Combining Noodles and Sauce

  • In a large pan or pot over medium heat, add the drained noodles and pour the sauce over them. Toss well to ensure every noodle is coated with the sauce.

Adding Toppings

  • Stir in the chopped green onions and sesame seeds. If you’re adding vegetables, toss them in now, allowing them to warm through for about 2-3 minutes.

Serving

  • Once everything is heated, serve immediately for the best taste!
