  • 2 cups cooked rotini pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup spinach (optional) Can be replaced with other veggies like broccoli.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, Alfredo sauce, and spinach (if using). Sprinkle in the garlic powder, and add salt and pepper to taste. Mix until everything is evenly coated.

Baking

  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Spread it out evenly and top with the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Ingredient Substitutions: Switch chicken for turkey or add cooked shrimp. Use whole wheat or gluten-free pasta if needed. For a creamier dish, add more Alfredo sauce or a splash of milk. Avoid overbaking; aim for perfectly melted cheese.
