  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded The more cheese, the better!
  • 1 cup Milk Whole milk recommended for creaminess.
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, unsalted For better control over flavor.
  • to taste N/A Salt Adds essential seasoning.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • In a large pot of boiling salted water, add the macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.

Creating the Sauce

  • In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, stir in the milk and bring it to a gentle simmer.

Adding Cheese

  • Gradually fold in the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir continuously until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is creamy.

Combining Ingredients

  • Return the cooked pasta to the pot with the cheese sauce. Stir well to coat each piece of macaroni. Season with salt to taste.

Serving

  • Serve hot, digging in immediately for that cheesy goodness!

Notes

Feel free to mix cheeses or add toppings like crispy breadcrumbs or fresh herbs. If sauce is too thick, add a splash of milk.
