Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pumpkin purée not pumpkin pie filling
  • 6 ounces feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley or toasted pumpkin seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Blend the Base:
  • In a food processor or blender, combine the pumpkin purée, feta cheese, Greek yogurt, and olive oil. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Season the Dip:
  • Add cinnamon, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the food processor. Blend again until the spices are fully incorporated. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
  • Sweeten if Desired:
  • If you prefer a slightly sweet dip, add honey or maple syrup and blend once more.
