  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows About 1 package
  • 1.5 teaspoons pumpkin spice blend
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  • In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add in the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted.
  • Stir in the pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice blend, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and gradually add the Rice Krispies cereal, folding it in gently until coated.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and compress evenly.
  • Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave for a few seconds to soften if needed.
