Ingredients
  

For the Pumpkin Cold Foam

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Essential for a luscious texture
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree Use pure pumpkin puree, not pie filling
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup Or homemade vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice Plus extra for topping, if desired

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, pumpkin puree, vanilla syrup, and pumpkin spice.
  • Using an electric mixer or a whisk, begin whipping the mixture on medium speed until soft peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Taste the foam. If you desire a sweeter taste, feel free to add more vanilla syrup.
  • Spoon the whipped foam generously over your iced coffee, latte, or cold brew.
  • Optionally, sprinkle a bit of extra pumpkin spice on top for a decorative touch.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Whip again before serving for best results. Keep the mixing bowl and heavy cream chilled for a firmer consistency.
