They're easy to make and a great way to enjoy a rich, savory flavor wrapped in warm, gooey cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450g pizza dough
  • 1/2 lb 225g thinly sliced steak (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 1/2 cup 80g sliced onions
  • 1/2 cup 80g sliced green bell peppers
  • 1 cup 100g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup 50g shredded provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the onions and bell peppers until softened.
  • Add the thinly sliced steak and cook until just browned. Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into rectangles.
  • Place some of the steak and vegetable mixture on one side of the rectangle, then top with mozzarella and provolone cheese.
