Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pasta penne or your choice
  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  • In a skillet, sauté the peppers and onions in olive oil until softened, then set aside. In the same skillet, cook steak until browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and milk, stirring until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Mix cooked pasta, steak, vegetables, and sauce together. Pour into the baking dish and top with shredded cheeses.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
