- 1 lb pasta penne or your choice
- 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
