Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, beaten egg, milk, diced bell pepper, diced onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
