  • 1 large head large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika smoked, if desired
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • fresh cilantro for garnish
  • lime juice for garnish
  • red pepper flakes for garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Clean and cut the cauliflower into evenly-sized florets.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the cauliflower florets in the mixture until well-coated.
  • Place the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Shake the baking sheet halfway through for even caramelization.
  • Once roasted, remove from the oven, and add optional garnishes like fresh cilantro, lime juice, or red pepper flakes.

Notes

Ensure even cooking by cutting the cauliflower into similarly sized florets, and avoid crowding the pan for crispiness. Double the batch if serving a crowd!
