  • 4 fillets salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless) Choose high-quality, fresh salmon for best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For drizzling on salmon.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly on top.

Baking
