- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a shallow dish, combine flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture until well coated.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
