Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a shallow dish, combine flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture until well coated.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  • In the same skillet, add heavy cream to the leftover butter and stir until well combined and heated through.
  • Serve the chicken with the creamy garlic sauce drizzled on top.
