Ingredients
  

For the Rolls

  • 1 package Phyllo dough This will create the crispy outer layer.
  • 8 oz Feta cheese The star ingredient that brings creaminess.
  • 4 oz Cream cheese Adds a smooth texture.
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes For that spicy kick.
  • 1/4 cup Honey To blend the sweet element.
  • Olive oil For brushing to ensure that lovely golden finish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, and chili flakes. Mash until smooth.
  • Unroll the phyllo dough and lay out 3 sheets on a clean surface. Brush with olive oil.
  • Cut the stacked phyllo sheets into strips about 4 inches wide.
  • Spoon a tablespoon of the feta mixture at the end of each phyllo strip, fold edges over the filling, and roll tightly.
  • Place the rolls seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and crispy.
  • While the rolls are baking, warm the honey slightly and add a pinch of chili flakes.
  • Once out of the oven, let the rolls cool for a few minutes before drizzling with chili honey.

Notes

Brush each layer of phyllo with olive oil for better crunch. Keep an eye on the rolls while baking to prevent burning. Serve with fresh vegetables or yogurt dip. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
