  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 8 ounces cream cheese Softened.
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Choose your favorite brand.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Or blue cheese dressing, if you prefer.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Plus extra for topping.
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions Optional, for garnish.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  • Stir in the shredded chicken and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Top with additional cheddar cheese for that extra gooey finish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is golden.
  • Serve hot with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or your favorite dipping snacks!

Notes

You can prepare the dip a day in advance. Store it in the fridge and simply bake it when you’re ready to serve. Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to suit your taste preferences.
