Ingredients
  

  • 1 can salmon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper.

Instructions

  • Sear the patties for 2-3 minutes on either side until they reach a rich, golden hue.
