For the crust

  • 1 package Nutter Butter cookies Crushed

For the filling

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk

For drizzling

  • to taste Chocolate syrup

Preparation

  • Crush the Nutter Butter cookies and press them into the bottom of a pie dish to form a crust.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, whipped topping, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Pour the peanut butter mixture over the crust.
  • Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Make sure to crush the cookies finely for a better crust. You can use a food processor or a plastic bag and rolling pin. For an extra flavor, add a pinch of salt to the peanut butter filling. Be careful not to overmix the filling, as this can make it too thin.
