No-Bake Eggnog Pie

No-Bake Eggnog Pie is the ultimate festive dessert for  season. This creamy, luscious pie combines the rich flavors of classic eggnog with a silky smooth filling, all nestled in a buttery graham cracker crust.

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls 
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer
  • Whisk
  • Spatula
  • 9-inch pie pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 premade graham cracker crust or homemade
  • 1 3.4 oz package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 ½ cups eggnog
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg plus extra for garnish
  • 1 cup whipped topping plus more for topping
  • Optional garnish: whipped cream nutmeg, or cinnamon sticks

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Filling
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and eggnog until the mixture thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the Nutmeg
  • Stir in the ground nutmeg to incorporate the festive flavor.
  • Fold in Whipped Topping
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Assemble the Pie
  • Pour the eggnog filling into the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  • Chill
  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
  • Garnish and Serve
  • Before serving, top with additional whipped topping and a sprinkle of nutmeg. Add optional garnishes like cinnamon sticks for extra flair.
