Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter Use high-quality peanut butter for best flavor.
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Opt for good-quality chocolate.
  • 3 cups crispy chow mein noodles Can substitute with similar crunchy noodles.
  • 1 cup mini chocolate eggs For decoration; use pastel eggs for Easter.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the semi-sweet chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until completely smooth.
  • Once the chocolate is melted, add the creamy peanut butter to the bowl. Stir well to combine until you have a luscious mixture.
  • Gently fold the crispy chow mein noodles into the chocolate-peanut butter mixture until every noodle is coated. Be careful not to break them!
  • Using your hands or a spoon, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into nest-like circles on a parchment-lined baking sheet, creating a well in the middle to hold the chocolate eggs later.
  • Place the nests in the refrigerator for about 15 to 20 minutes, allowing them to firm up.
  • Once solid, carefully place some mini chocolate eggs in the center of each nest.
  • Serve your adorable No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bird’s Nests and watch as everyone smiles!
