Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup mushrooms finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped mushrooms, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, Swiss cheese, and milk. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
  • Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
