Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and peanut butter. Beat them together using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • Sprinkle in both the brown and granulated sugars, alongside the vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the oats, chocolate chips, and M&M’s with a spatula, ensuring an even distribution throughout the batter.
  • Using your hands, shape the mixture into a ball or mound on a serving platter. Cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Once chilled, serve with graham crackers, fruit slices, or pretzels.

Notes

For the best flavor, allow the dip to chill longer than 30 minutes. Keep it sealed in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can gently warm it in the microwave for a softer texture if desired.
