Mini Apple Pies

- 2 ready-made pie crusts
- 3 cups diced Granny Smith apples about 4 apples
- 1/4 cup white sugar
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the pie crusts and cut into circles to fit a muffin tin.
In a bowl, combine the diced apples and sugar, mixing well.
Fill each pie crust with the apple mixture.
Cover with another layer of pie crust, sealing the edges.
Cut small slits on the top crust for steam to escape.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
