  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and optional mixed vegetables. Stir everything together until well mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Prepare Dish: Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.
  • Layer Filling: Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the baking dish.
  • Prepare Topping: In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter until fully combined.

Notes
