  • 1 cup diced tomatoes Adds freshness.
  • 1 pieces avocado, sliced Creamy texture.
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt For creaminess.
  • ½ cup salsa Choose mild or spicy.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend.
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning Optional seasoning for flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place corn tortillas directly on the oven rack or a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until crispy and lightly browned.

Assembly

  • While the tortillas are baking, shred the rotisserie chicken and place it in a bowl. Mix in taco seasoning if desired.
  • Remove tortillas from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  • Layer shredded chicken, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and avocado slices on each tortilla.
  • Top with a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt, sprinkle cheese, and drizzle with salsa.
  • Serve immediately with lime wedges.
