Ingredients
  

For the cheesecake

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Ensure it's softened for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup marshmallow cream
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

For the crust

  • 1 pre-made crust Graham cracker crust (store-bought or homemade)

Preparation

  • If making from scratch, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a pie dish. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden. Let it cool completely.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat together until smooth and creamy.
  • Add vanilla extract and marshmallow cream to the cream cheese mixture. Beat until well-combined and fluffy.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  • Pour the marshmallow cheesecake filling into the cooled graham cracker crust. Spread it evenly with a spatula.
  • Cover the cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  • Once chilled, slice and serve with your choice of toppings.

Notes

For best results, ensure cream cheese is softened and allow the cheesecake to chill adequately. Get creative with various toppings to enhance flavor!
