  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional) Optional ingredient for an added flavor boost.
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Prepare the cauliflower: Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle the florets with olive oil, add the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  • Arrange the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet to ensure even roasting.
  • Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, turning halfway through until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender.
  • Once cooked, sprinkle the nutritional yeast over the roasted cauliflower and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For optimal taste, serve this dish fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for about 10 minutes at 350°F (175°C) to restore crispiness.
