- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pink gel food coloring
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 10 Pink Oreos crushed
- Whole Pink Oreos for garnish
- White chocolate drizzle for garnish
- Pink sprinkles for garnish
Bake the Cake: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 8-inch cake pans. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together. In another bowl, beat the sugar, eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add the dry mix to the wet mix and stir well. Add the pink food coloring and blend in. Divide the batter between the pans and bake for 25-30 minutes. Once done, let the cakes cool completely.
Make the Frosting: For the frosting, beat the softened butter until creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing well. Then add the heavy cream and the vanilla extract. Stir in the crushed Pink Oreos to give it a nice crunch.
Assemble the Cake: Take one of the cooled cake layers and place it on a serving plate. Spread a layer of the Oreo frosting on top, then carefully place the second cake layer on top. Frost the entire cake with the remaining buttercream.
Decorate & Serve: Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top of the cake. Garnish with whole Pink Oreos and sprinkle pink sprinkles all over. Chill for 1 hour before serving to let it set.
