Mac and Cheese Meatloaf Casserole is a comforting and hearty dish that combines two beloved meals into one. It is perfect for family dinners or gatherings, as it is filling and packed with flavor. Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Hickory & Brown Sugar barbecue sauce
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, combine ketchup and barbecue sauce.
  • Spread half of the sauce mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish.
  • Layer the meat mixture on top and pour the remaining sauce over it.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
