  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients to make the blending process seamless.
  • Start by adding the almond milk and Greek yogurt to the blender.
  • Scoop in the low-calorie protein powder.
  • Add the banana and spinach; for thicker smoothies, opt for frozen banana or spinach.
  • Blend on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
  • Add ice cubes and blend again for another 15-30 seconds until desired consistency is reached.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or agave syrup if desired.
  • Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Store extra smoothies in the refrigerator for 1-2 days, shaking before consumption. For longer storage, freeze smoothies in ice-cube trays for up to one month. Blend frozen cubes with fresh almond milk for a quick treat.
