Ingredients

For the cheesecake fluff

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened) Use light cream cheese for a healthier option.
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt Adds creaminess without extra fat.
  • 1/3 cup Honey Natural sweetener to enhance flavor.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract For classic cheesecake essence.
  • 1 cup Whipped Topping Use light whipped topping for an airy texture.

For topping

  • 1 cup Fresh Berries Blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries are great options.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes at medium speed.
  • Add the Greek yogurt and honey to the cream cheese and blend until fully incorporated, about 2 minutes on medium speed. The mixture should be velvety and completely smooth.
  • Pour in the vanilla extract and mix briefly to combine.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping with a spatula, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl or individual cups and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Top with your choice of fresh berries or nuts before serving.

Notes

Make sure to let the cream cheese soften at room temperature to avoid a lumpy texture. For a dairy-free option, substitute Greek yogurt and cream cheese with dairy-free alternatives. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the refrigerator or freeze in safe containers for up to 2 months.
