Lemon Tiramisu

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack ladyfingers 7 oz
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • In another bowl, mix the mascarpone, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
  • Dip the ladyfingers briefly in lemon juice, then layer them in a serving dish.
  • Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  • Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving. Enjoy your zesty dessert!
