  • 1 pack lemon jello Any brand of lemon-flavored jello.
  • 1 cup boiling water Needed to dissolve the jello.
  • 1 cup cold water For mixing with the jello.
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping For creaminess.
  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained Important to drain well to avoid excess liquid.

Preparation

  • Begin by boiling 1 cup of water. Once boiling, remove it from heat and stir in the lemon jello until it’s fully dissolved.
  • After dissolving the jello, add your 1 cup of cold water to the mixture. Stir well to combine.
  • In a mixing bowl, pour the jello mixture over the drained crushed pineapple. Gently fold in the whipped topping until everything is well blended.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl or individual cups. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  • Once set, scoop out portions and enjoy the refreshing zing of the Lemon Fluff Salad at your family gathering!

Notes

For best results, allow the salad to chill for longer for a fluffier texture. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days. Reheating is not necessary; serve chilled.
