  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter divided
  • 2 garlic cloves minced

Instructions
 

  • Pat cod fillets dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

  • In the same skillet, melt remaining butter. Add garlic, lemon juice, and zest, whisking until combined.
  • Return cod to the skillet, spooning sauce over fillets.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
