  • 1 teaspoon onion powder For added flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days. Reheat in the microwave for 30-45 seconds or in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through. For variations, you can substitute cheese or add cream cheese for extra creaminess.
