Ingredients
  

Main ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken.
  • ½ cup shredded cheese Use cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite cheese.
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 small bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start by dicing the onion and bell pepper. In a bowl, combine the ground beef with the diced onion, bell pepper, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Creating the Foil Packets

  • Tear off four large pieces of aluminum foil. Divide the ground beef mixture evenly among the center of each foil piece.
  • Top each portion with a generous sprinkle of cheese.
  • Fold the edges of the foil over the mixture, creating a secure packet to hold in the steam and flavors while cooking.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Place the foil packets in the basket and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on your air fryer model. Check for doneness; the beef should be fully cooked.

Serving

  • Carefully open the foil packets, allowing the steam to escape. Add any additional toppings you desire, and enjoy the delicious flavors of your keto cheeseburger!

Notes

For storing, if you have leftovers, store them in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in your air fryer at 350°F for about 5–10 minutes or until heated through.
